“After having a bad experience with a high dollar computer “expert” that I found in the yellow pages, I was extremely fortunate to find PC Made EZ for my computer needs. They were on time, friendly and professional, and actually explained things to me in terms I could understand. They installed all my software programs on my new computer, and helped me with the registrations and settings that were best suited for my needs. After asking what I planned on using the computer for most, the tech then showed me tricks and shortcuts on how to do it efficiently. They completed everything to my satisfaction in approximately 90 minutes, and their fee was still less than the so called “expert” from the phone book had charged me. I was so pleased with their services that I recommended them to my daughter for her pc problems. She was also very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend PC Made EZ to anyone who needs pc repairs or service.”

“I first contacted PC Made EZ through their business ad listed on Craigslist. The ad linked me to their web page. After I went to their web page I could see that they were probably the help we needed. I sent a very generic e-mail asking what other services they provided. The owner, Jason, responded back that same day and answered my questions in addition to asking me questions that would help him to know better what I wanted help in. We were impressed with his responses and set up an appointment. Jason arrived precisely on time and after just a few minutes of talking with him we could tell that he would be able to help us with our computer questions. Jason is very easy to talk with and we could understand his answers and explanations.
