My coworker said they do great work, answer all your questions completely and with patience, and are on time for their appointments. PC Made EZ proved to be all that and more. Their tech had to have driven 25 miles to our home and was still on time! He came over on a Sunday, because that was the only time they had left in their schedule. The tech worked with my husband and answered a lot of questions. He was very focused and also very helpful. Instead of just fixing the computer, he addressed the problems and concerns that we had. Upon leaving, he made it very clear that he would be available if there was some other problem or issue we might have. Since that day, he checks in with us frequently for the status on our computer. They were on time, friendly and professional, and actually explained things to me in terms I could understand.
